Director of New Business Development
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
Managing and prospecting into a Small to Mid Market (SMB), Fortune 1000, Russell 2000, or named accounts with focus on driving revenue, building and maintaining relationships, and achieving an established quota. Ideal candidate will hunt & farm within these accounts and develop & maintain relationships from the vice president, C-Level executives to corporate owners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas, maintaining existing and building new revenue within named account base
• Review complex customer requirements, feasibility of intendedtechnology, applications, performance required for customer needs analysis, and provides specific solution recommendations
• Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors
• Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
• Partner with customers through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities to deliver a value-adding business solution.
• Create and maintain accurate account plans and reviews with senior level management
• Perform Contract Negotiations (Develop and propose MSAs, Pricing Addendums, Sub-Contracting, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Must be able to attend on-site customer appointments on a weekly basis. These customer appointments are, and usually are, in multiple locations in the USA, Europe and LATAM.
• Expert Account Management skills
• Expert knowledge and experience in Senior Account Management, Time Management, Business Case & Financial Analysis
• Advanced knowledge, understanding, and experience in advancedtechnology, business consulting and advisory services
• Proficient in contract negotiations with Owners and C-Level Executives
• Possess excellent verbal communication and presentation skills up through Large Accounts
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to present in both small and large group settings. Must have a polished, professional presentation
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Relevant Work Experience: Demonstrate 5 years successful sales executive experience,
industryvertical contacts and knowledge of business consulting services sector.
• Possess 3 years business to business sales experience in SMB / Enterprise accounts

TeleSales Representatives
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
We are hiring Inside Sales and Telesales representatives to perform outbound calling campaigns to small/mid-market businesses, and the Fortune 1000 Corporations. The position will include outbound sales cold calling to provide qualified lead generations for new business development within a new corporate account and identifying the qualified contacts, and set calendar appointments for our senior sales executives.
